I focused on a variety of initiatives for this partner, including designing customized web pages integrated into our Post-Change of Address (COA) flow, as well as standalone assets like paid search pages. Additionally, I spearheaded email campaigns and print collateral pieces distributed via USPS, strategically supporting movers throughout their journey.
